We understand that mistakes can happen when recharging your wallet. If you accidentally enter an amount greater than intended, please follow the guidelines below to request a refund.
Contact Us Promptly: If you realize you have paid an excess amount than intended to, please contact our customer care team within 5 minutes of the transaction. You can also email us to initiate the refund process. You shall receive your refund within 24-72 hours.
Minimum Recharge Value: For any amount of recharge, we will use a minimum recharge of Rs.100 from the total amount for wallet recharging.
Administration Fees: For refundable amounts up to Rs.1000, a fixed fee of Rs.10 will be charged.
For refundable amounts exceeding Rs.1000, a fee of 1% of the refundable amount will be deducted
Scenario: You intended to recharge your wallet for Rs.1000 but mistakenly entered Rs.10000 and now you want the extra amount of Rs.9000 to be refunded.
Process:An administration fee of 1% on Rs.9000 will be charged, amounting to Rs.90.
Refund Calculation:Amount after deduction: Rs.9000 - Rs.90 = Rs.8910 Total Refund: You will receive Rs.8910 within 24-72 hours.
Note – – For other scenarios, Rs.100 (minimum rechargeable amount) will be used for recharging your wallet. For further information, kindly contact our customer care.
We understand that urgent situations can arise where you may need immediate access to your funds. If you find yourself in such a scenario, please follow the guidelines below to request an emergency refund.
Contact Customer Care: If you require an urgent refund, please reach out to our customer care team as soon as possible. They will assist you in processing your request.
Time Limit for Requests: You must submit your emergency refund request within 7 days of the original payment. Requests made after this period cannot be processed. If you want your money to be refunded on an urgent basis, then please reach out to our customer care.
Refund Amount - In the case of an emergency refund, you will be eligible to receive 50% of the amount you paid.
Scenario: Imagine you made a payment of Rs.6000 for a service, and shortly after, you receive an unexpected call from a family member who needs Rs.3000 for a medical emergency.
Process:You contact our customer care team within 7 days of your payment to request an emergency refund. Since you paid Rs.6000, you are eligible for a refund of 50% of this amount.
Refund Calculation:50% of Rs.6000 = Rs.3000
After receiving this refund, your total available funds will be Rs.3000 (the refunded amount),
allowing you to assist your family member in his/her time of need.
