The Company makes no representation that the content on the Platform and/or the Services is appropriate to be used or accessed outside India. Any users who use or access the Platform or avail the Services from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of such jurisdiction. These Terms do not constitute, nor may these Terms be used for or in connection with any promotional activities or solicitation by anyone in any jurisdiction in which such promotional activities or solicitation are not authorized or to any person to whom it is unlawful to promote or solicit.

2. Registration and Eligibility:-To access Geod’s services, you must register with accurate information, ensuring it remains up-to-date. Failure to do so may lead to account termination. Even services not requiring registration are governed by these Terms of Use. Registration is a one-time process, and returning users must log in using their original credentials. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its discretion. You are responsible for all account activity and must maintain password confidentiality. Unauthorized account use must be reported immediately. By registering, you confirm legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use. The Company may refuse service to anyone and change eligibility criteria at any time. Compliance with applicable laws is your responsibility.

• The registration on Geod (“Platform”) is currently free of charge, covering specific Services offered by the Platform. Please note that this no-charge policy is subject to change at the Company's discretion.


• All payments for Platform Services must be made in Indian Rupees, as the Platform does not support transactions in any other currency.


• While the Company endeavors to maintain accurate and updated pricing and availability of Services/products on the Platform, occasional errors may occur. In such instances, the Company is not liable for typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel transactions affected by such errors.


• The Company also reserves the right to rectify any inaccuracies or omissions in pricing, product availability, or descriptions, even after an order has been submitted. Additionally, the Company may change or update any information on the Platform without prior notice.


• Payments can be made through various methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or UPI. Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking payments are processed via the Company's online payment service partners.


• Please note that any returns, refunds, or cancellation requests are subject to the Company's policies, which may be updated periodically.


• The Company retains the right to modify its rewards, policies, and program terms at its discretion, without prior notice to users.

Company Content:-

The Service includes Content provided by the Company or its partners on the Platform, which is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other proprietary rights.
